- Here’s what you’ll need:
- Goat cheese
- How to make:
- Slice zucchini into rounds.
- Slice the tomato and cut into quarters. Place on top of the zucchini.
- Top it with goat cheese.
- Place in broiler for 8-10 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
- This is a great snack.
