Asian Style Steamed Vegetable Bowl

    Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bok choy
  • Mustard greens
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 2-3 broccoli florets
    How to make:

  • Cut up bok choy, mustard greens, carrots and broccoli florets and layer in your steamer.
  • Steam for 10-12 minutes
  • Add to serving bowl.
  • Top with sauce of your choice or with olive oil, lemon and sea salt.

    Yum. Simple and delicious. And I love a recipe that requires you to “cram” things in. Seriously. That’s how I cook, too!

    Looks delicious and it can’t get any easier than that. Just harvest broccoli and carrots from the garden. Maybe for dinner tonight.

    Thanks. I am glad I found your blog. I’ve been wanting to prepare and cook meals for myself but most recipes turned me off with all the ingredients and extra gadgets. I found your recipes easy, nutritional and fast to make. So far all I have growing is peppermint 🙂 but I am very much inspired by what you do. Thank you!
