Asian Style Steamed Vegetable Bowl

    Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bok choy
  • Mustard greens
  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 2-3 broccoli florets
    How to make:

  • Cut up bok choy, mustard greens, carrots and broccoli florets and layer in your steamer.
  • Steam for 10-12 minutes
  • Add to serving bowl.
  • Top with sauce of your choice or with olive oil, lemon and sea salt.

    Looks delicious and it can’t get any easier than that. Just harvest broccoli and carrots from the garden. Maybe for dinner tonight.

    Thanks. I am glad I found your blog. I’ve been wanting to prepare and cook meals for myself but most recipes turned me off with all the ingredients and extra gadgets. I found your recipes easy, nutritional and fast to make. So far all I have growing is peppermint :-) but I am very much inspired by what you do. Thank you!
